my friend is pregnet an she dont have tums what else can she take or drink that can help get rid of heartburn

Heartburn is common in pregnancy because of the morning sickness. advise your friend to have sufficient amount of water and fruits and veggies( salad). Also ask her to take iron supplemnts and calcium supplements.
