How Is Lateral And Medial Tibial Plateaus Bone Bruising Treated?

Hello, I recently had a bad fall and just had the MRI reading. My ortho Dr. is away until Monday and I wanted to ask about treatment protocol...seems like I have 2 areas of bone bruising - the lateral and medial tibial plateaus with 2.4cm on the medial. No miniscal or ligament tear.
