It is a blood test done to assess different enzymes in the lvier and based on those levels one shall be able to comment on your liver function as such.
Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.Liver function tests(LFT) are performed on blood.There are various types of test in this and are done according to the requirement for the disease diagnosis.Some times ultrasound for the liver is also done and sometimes even liver biopsy is also performed along with LFTs to substantiate the diagnosis.Thanks and good luck.
