How Is Pott's Spine Treated?

hi i have a pott's spine in L4 & L5 and i m having madecine past one year ,but there is no realieve . the pain was startd before two an half year ago after one and half year i got know that i have a spott's spine my doctor is saying for surgery so i want 2 know regarding that what should i do .
