How Is Recurring Chalazions Treated In A 6 Year Old Child?

Help? Anything that I can do for my six year old daughter s recurrent chalazions. She has already has had two surgical procedures to remove. One removed approximately 3 weeks ago and now she has one in the other eye. We use eyelid cleaner every day, antibiotic ointment, warm compresses as soon as we notice one.
