How Is Severe Body Pain And Fatigue Treated ?

I have been experiencing severe body pain, head, spine and hips especially. I have low grade fever, loss of appetite , stomach pain , difficulty breathing , chest congestion, a cough and extreme fatigue . This has been going on for about 4 days. Is this something that will pass on its own?

Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you have got bacterial infection giving rise to all problems.
Go for antibiotics like Azithroci or Amoxicillin clavaunic acid combination for infection.
Take analgesic medicine and cough syrup.
Avoid fried and junk food.
