How Is Stage 3 Prolapsed Bladder In Women Treated?

I have been told by my husband urologist that I have a stage 2-3 prolapsed bladder. After a day on my feet and doing even restrained activity this bulge occurs . My question is concerning stitching the bladder into place Because thre have been so many problems with mesh . My doctor also agrees with this. What do the stitch the bladder to and does it not still pull after surgery? Is it true some women require a hysterectomy to have this sewing procedure?
