how is the turoflow and prostate cancer related
I am 59 suffering from BPH since 2006. Weight is 70 hiehgt 152cm last PSA 4.99 (20th June 2011) clinical normal. uroflow hesitant, incosistent and uneven. No other illness like BP,Diabe or any thing.Sufferring from back paid since 2007 for muscle weakness.

You should go for prostatic biopsy once. It will give you exact diagnosis whether it is purely BPH or associated prostate cancer. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
