Hi There

VENTRICULAR FIBRILLATION is a life threatening arrhythmia of the hearts conduction system. Treatment options include oral ANTI ARRYTHMIC drugs, if they fails to control the arrhythmia then it requires an INVASIVE procedure known as EPS and RFA which in layman's term is sometimes called as laser treatment.
EPS is Electrophsiological study in which the focus from where the abnormal rhythm is getting generated is found and then it is ABLATED (Destroyed) By RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation). The ablation is done by heat generated from medium frequency alternating current. Patients recovers fully and the long term results are good.

Good Luck
