How Long After Broken Ankle Cast Removal Can Normal Life Be Resumed?

I broke my right ankle and have been in a cast for 5 weeks. I am supposed to get the cast off in another week. How long will it be before I can return to driving and my job? My job requires that I am on my feet for the entire duration of my duties. It is only a part-time job because I am a full-time student, but the job requires a minimum of 4 consecutive hours of standing and constant walking for 5 days each week.
