How Long After Eating Is It Effective To Take Jack3d?

After eating, how long should I wait to take Jack 3d in order to feel the greatest results of taking the product? I usually consume 1 cup cooked oatmeal, 1.5 tbsp of peanut butter, and 1 scoop of whey protein with 30 oz of H20 roughly a half an hour before taking the Jack. I don t really feel the Jack kicking in, though. Should I wait an hour before taking Jack, after eating my pre-workout meal?
