How Long After Endoscopy For Mallory Weiss Tear Can Weightlifting Training Be Resumed?

I had severe bleeding from mallory weis tear, through endescope it was clipped, this was ten days ago, when can i return to work and i also am competing at world class weightlifting and would lie to know when i can resume training, thank you Jim Moore
