How Long After Having Sex With A Person With Gonorrhea Can The Partner Get Infected?
my ex boyfriend called and told me he found out he had gahnerea and that i shoulf get checked too. i have not had sexual contact with anyone else since him and it has been over a yeae. If i have had it this long and receieve medication will i be okay? I have never had anything wrong with me so i am scared to see the doctor. How do they do the test? Will i know results that day and get meds that day?

The time taken for symptoms to develop after having sex with gonorrhea patient (incubation period) is 2-5 days mostly but it can appear after as long as a month exposure.
