Hallow Dear,
I would have appreciated to know what was the
gestational age when you had
miscarriage. However, since baby was delivered by
hysterotomy, I presume, it was more than 24 weeks of pregnancy.
Hysterotomy is a miniature
caesarean section. It requires the same time to heal as after caesarean section. Though the involution process is complete by 3 months after the surgery, it requires almost 6 months for the rest of the body and even the genital organs to regain the healthy status for bearing fresh pregnancy. Therefore my advice would be to wait for at leas 6 months after Hysterotomy.
During these 6 months, please improve your health by
Folic acid, Iron and Calcium. Also healthy diet with high proteins, moderate carbohydrates, plenty of fresh fruits with green leafy vegetables will help you build your health.
Since you have a scar on the uterus, you should deliver in well equipped hospital only.
I hope this helps you.
