How Long After Taking Primolut Do Periods Come?

i didnt get my periods for about 50 days. i checked with pregnancy kit. it showed negative. after consulting a doctor she told i have cyst in my right ovary. so she suggested primolut tab for 5 days . now its 2nd day after stopping my tablet. i didnt get my periods still now.what is the problem. pls giv solution
