How Long After Taking Suboxone Can Food Be Taken?

I ve been taking suboxone for years now. I m 21, was a heroin iv user. Currently sitting at 4 months clean. My question to you, doctor, is that I ve heard that 10 minutes is the time you want to wait before drinking something after you ve taken your suboxone film, or swallowed the silica? I don t know if there is a correct answer, but what is your take on it?

There is no specific instruction for food and liquids intake ,but it would be good to wait 10-15minutes before taking meal,just to avoid ixing subloxone with food in stomach since it may reduce subloxone activity.
