How Long After Thick Discharge Can One Expect Onset Of First Periods?

i was wondering if you could answer my question?

'when will i have my first period?'

i'm 13 and i have had discharge for like 6/7 months and it has been really thick and increased over the last 4 months. could you give an estimated month to when i will possibly get my first period . (also i think i have been having stomach cramps for about a week now).
