How Long Antibiotics Take To Relieve Running Nose, Cough And Sore Throat?

I have been blowing my nose for 9 days now. It is clear mucus, I have a slight cough, headache, sore throat and headache... I have been on an antibiotic for 7 days now...some improvement but still feel pretty bad.
Should I go back to the Dr. or finish the antibiotic?

I will like to answer your concern , it really very disturbing that despite antibiotic use the problem is still there. It looks like viral infection and antibiotics have no role in it .It will resolve by time and will take it natural course , usually it will take 7 to 10 days to clear infection ,you can stop antibiotics as it will not fasten recovery. Thanks
