General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Azhithral is an antibiotic medication. It's course is to be given compulsorily for 3 days.
Respira Syrup contains Ambroxol, Guaifenesin and Salbutamol as active ingredients. It primarily promotes mucus clearance. It needs be given along with antibiotic for 3 days, but can be continued up to 5 days, depending on the response.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
Regards,
