How Long Can Tugain Be Taken For Good Hair Growth?

Hi Doctor,

I have gone through hair implantation two years ago. After the surgery i used Tugain 5% solution for an year. During that period, my hair was very healthy. I stopped using it since 8 months and my hair started to thin down again. Should I start to use Tugain again? If yes, how long should I use? I also used to have Finapecia tablets, should I continue with these as well and how long?

Please help
