Hi,

Gangrene is a serious condition and the affected part should be cut surgically without wasting the time. The person suffering from gangrene should be explained by the doctor about the seriousness of the condition. If not treated immediately, the more part may be involved by gangrenous changes. The person might agree for the surgery.

Hope this helps.
