How Long Can One Live Without Treatment For Cancer?

My neighbor Nancy has had ovarian cancer for 11 years, has had 5 surgeries, removed parts of her colon and also has a massive tumor in her stomach. Doctors say they can't do any more for her, so she is in hospice care at her home in the care of her husband. They give her morphine and other drugs for pain. At first they said she will only live a few weeks to one month, but now it has been over two months. How long will she live without treatment?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Prognosis is very poor for sure.
2.But exact survival depends on the immunity level and underlying medical conditions.
3.Some do prolong for years.
4.One can't stop treatment / palliative care because patient will be in terrific pains.
5.So don't think of it. Hope it helps.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
