How Long Clavicle And Scapula Fracture Take To Recover For Doing Physical Wok?

I have met with accident and have calvicle & scapula fracture, i work offshore where i have to do lots of physical work, will i be able to do physical work..lifting weights..my orthopedic Dr has removed my bandage & sling after 3 weeks and adviced arm movement and strenghting excercise without any weights. how long it will take foe me to fully recover for physical work?
