How Long Do Ibuprofen And Cyclobenzaprine Take To Show Effect?
I went to the doctor today because my lower back is bothering me ALOT.... I really can t do much of anything and it s wiping me out. She gave me Ibuprofen 800 mg and Cyclobenzaprine 10 mg... I took one each with supper and they haven t helped a bit. Does this take awhile to build up in your system to work or what? Not sure what to do but I m definitely frustrated. I feel like I waste the time and money to go to the doctor and then buy the medicine ... just to see no improvement.
You're taking just pain killer medication with a muscle relaxant. First, you have to confirm your problem by x-ray of the lumbar spine or MRI spine.
Sciatica or lower back muscles spasm or lumbar spondylosis or infection may cause pain. Use backrest and physical therapy. Cold and warm compression may useful.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
