How Long Do Methamphetamine Side Effects Persist?

I did meth for the first time almost a week ago can withdrawals last this long and iv had discomfort in my chest and shortness of breathing went to ER and oxygen levels were at 100% can lungs just be sore for awhile ?? I was having panic attacks the first couplease days after since then it has got easier to control the panic attacks like I don t have to think about it as much so my main concern is my chest doesn t hurt just feels tight in the middle the doctor told me it could be from anexity I just want to know how long it could last.

Varies. The drug itself is gone certainly by 24 hrs and likely much less than that (although it can be detected in the urine for about 5 days, the amount in the blood needed to do anything falls much faster).
But, the psychological shakiness can last a bit and isn't directly due to drug levels. Cognitive behavioral therapy is helpful on this.
