How Long Do Bronchial Spasms Last?

Yes I was recently diagnosed with bronchial spasms I notice my oxygen level is fluctuating up-and-down as I move around or sitting still is this normal and how long can a bout last I have been drinking lots of fluid but I m not getting any sputum up

Most common cause for bronchospasm is bronchitis due to viral infection. Usually viral infection is selflimiting in 1-2 weeks. Till this time, you need bronchodilators to relieve bronchospasm. So better to consult doctor and start inhaled bronchodilators (Formoterol or Salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (Budesonide or Fluticasone). Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
