How Long Do Rash, Fever And High Heart Rate Due To Bactrim Last?

Husband took bactrim for a week, now has rash, fever 101.18, chills, heart rate 103, bp 136/64. No breathing difficulties or swelling anywhere. Gave him some benadryl. Should I also give him some prilosec? How long will this last? Not taking drug anymore, last dose yesterday.
