How Long Do Side Effects Of Kenalog Last?

I was given a shot of kenelog hair started falling out...vitamin d and potassium levels drooped twitching muscles pounding sound in left ear....not ringing not buzzing...pounding o can hear my cartoriod artery...how long will this last..its been 4 months I am surfering never ever had any health problems before shot.. please help
