How Long Do The Side Effects Of Combigan Eye Drops Persist?

I have been using combigan for 4 days. The first 3 days no problems at all. After putting the drop in each eye today I experienced blurred vision, I noticed it more for long distance because I use readers for up close. I also had a taste in the back of my throat. I read on this site that these can be side effects. Will this last or will my body adjust?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The eye is connected to the pharynx ie the back of your Throat and you will feel the drops in the back of your throat for the same reason. the blurring could be due to precipitation from the drugs. shake it before using and close your eyes for one minute after putting it. To avoid feeling the drugs in the back of your nose try closing the side of the nose I mean the upper end near the medial margin of the eye for two minute . hope this helps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
