How Long Does ACL Reconstruction With Medial Meniscus Repair Take To Heal?

hi i am a 29 years old male. I have had an acl reconstrution and medial miniscus repair done on the 26th of april on my left knee. My doctor has asked me to wear a brace for 3 weeks post surgery and not to put any pressure on the left leg. As a cabin crew i wanted to know after how long can i get back to work. I am asking this query cause as a cabin crew a lot of times you have squat down to get things in the narrow space in the aircraft, also stand an work for many hours at a time and also push and pull carts in the cabin.
