How Long Does Ciprofloxacin Remain In The Body?
Yes. Interested in learning how long ciprofloxacin remains in the body posing potential of side effects. I am a active 71 year old male, weight 160 lbs. I took a 10 day regimen of cipro 500mg tab to treat a bladder infection in July 2015. Within 6 months I suffered tendonitis of the Achilles tendon. That condition continues to trouble me with no resolution. I am seeing a orthopedic surgeon who is treating me a second time with a boot and Mobic. Two MRIs have not shown anything that definitive that would invite surgery as a treatment. Thank you. Michael YYYY@YYYY

As per my clinical experience, the Ciprofloxacin gets cleared from the body system within 3-4 days maximum.
So the narrated symptoms after 6 months of intake of Cipro are not co-related.
