How Long Does Dilaudid And Phentermine Remain In The Body?

well I did something really stupid I took 2mg of iv dilaudid last friday and had to take a urine drug screen today I am also taking phentermine I drank a fair amount of water before the test and the urine was a very light straw color I am praying that the test will not be positive what are my chances I am a 33 year old 170 pound female This is something I never plan to do again.
