How Long Does Levofloxacin Take To Effective On Staph Infection?
Hello i cut my testicle skin with a razor and it never healed.I ve been like 6 weeks with this wOund open So i went to see the doctor and He Said I have A staph infection. so he gave me Levofloxacin. but I don t see this medication is working because now it s turning red and I think is growing. the good thing is that this is not painfulI . I wanted to ask what is good to get rid of the infection because It doesn t seem like this medication is working .I ve been taking this medication for 4 days already

the course of levofloxacin is for 5 to 7 days ,,,, if u found some healing/improvement go for full couse of 7 days,,,,,,if u think no healing happens then go for higher antibiotices e.g. combination of drugs of clavulanic acid and sulbectum component,,,, for 5 days twice a day,,,, and maintain hygine of that part,,,,,,,
