Lyrica can cause feeling of "tightness" in chest
but not the severe pain in chest.
On stopping the drug the symptom of tightness
in chest passes off within 24 hours time.
For long lasting pain in chest you should consult
your physician or cardiologist again and rule
our cardiac or lung problem.
