How Long Does MDMA Metabolites Stay In Body?

Hi I in the forces and I stupidly took 300mg of MDMA powder snorted i then had a urine analysis 12 full days later in the 12 days I had night sweats on a few occasions I did a 2 mile run in hot weather so sweated a bit and I drank a fair amount of water do you think my system will be clear of all MDMA metabolites?

12 days is a long time for a urine test to be positive for practically anything. There are reports on marijuana if someone is a very long term heavy user and even then it wasn't most of the samples at 12 days.
