Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I smoked marijuana the last time on septber 9th. Got a haircut at the beginning of november and then got drug tested, hair test, on december 1st. Am i more likely to show positive or negative for THC 5 11 160lbs male with dark hair Sample was taken from the scalp
It is difficult to say for sure how long marijuana will remain in your system. It depend on various factors like dose that you smoked, method of intake, duration of use and your body’s metabolism rate. For regular and heavy users: it may detect upto 4 to 8 weeks in the system.
For occasional users: Generally not detected after 2 to 3 weeks, if you have used only once at 9th September and tested on 1st December. So I think, there is extremely rare chance to detect THC in your hair sample.
Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.
Best regards, Dr. Sagar
