How Long Does Marijuana Stay In Body?

hi - i took one draw on a joint of marujana on 21st November this year. I have just given hair from above my ankle for analysis. Will one draw on a joint show up on the hair test? I am 35, six foot six inches and large build. This is the only occassion i have used this substance.
