How Long Does Metrogyl For Vaginal Infection Take To Show Effect?

Hi im just wondering i have taken the last of my metrogyl 400mg dose this morning i was on it for 7 days due to a infection in my vagina. My questions are as follows: 1. Should nt these antibiotics have worked by now? As im still having some of the symptoms even tho i have just finished the course of metrogyl, like yellow discharge and cramping, i was experiencing blood and discharge which was really discusting in smell and color which has stopped. 2. How long do i need to wait to be able to consume alcohol again ? (As it said i was not allowed to consume alcohol while taking these tablets) 3. 4 years now i have been experiencing really bad headaches it starts off with soreness in the shoulder blades and neck muscles , then the pain goes above my eyes causing headache like symptoms which at some stages i just want to get a knife out and dig it in my knots in my neck and shoulders to relieve the pain, I have been to doctors and they gave me codine and sent me to a councilor for stress concerns ,(im on zoloft and have been on and off for 8 years 50 mg ) could this medication being on it for a long time cause these effects ? The pain will be on one side when i get the pain then the next time i get it its on the other, Im keeping a migraine diary and i cant understand why it swaps sides, the pain when it goes to my eyes is above my brow line , I get them roughly twise a month , and sometimes spot on around or before my periods, I have been to massage places for deep tissue massages I have been and got acupuncture I have been to chyros to be alined Had my eyes tested but nothing has worked Have you got any surggestions ?
