General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Molly is 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), which is a psychoactive drug used primarily as a recreational drug. When taken by mouth, effects begin after 30 - 45 minutes and last for about 3 - 6 hours. It is metabolized and eliminated from the body by 5 to 10 hours through kidneys.

Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.
