How Long Does Norethisterone Stay In The Body?

Hi. I am taking riveroxaban for PE last June, I have my period and am due to finish tomorrow but am passing clots and very fresh blood due to the tablets. How long does norothisterone stay in the system for as I m also TTC and I m worried if I take them it will mess up my cycle again.
