Nephrologist 's  Response
There is no proven data in SLE related Nephritis about duration of treatment. But common practice of experienced nephrologists is to continue treatment for a minimum of 5 years and if patient is doing well, will stop treatment by 5-10 years. All the best. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
