General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi, I have read your question. Serrapeptase is safe in adults for short term use and should start giving you results after 2-3 weeks. Its efficacy is not yet fully understood.
I advice my patients serrapeptase for 4 weeks. however its long term safety is not known.
I suggest my patients to avoid aspirin naproxen and diclofenac while using serrapeptase, as it interferes with blood clotting. In my opinion it should not be used for more than 4 weeks if you do not feel better.
Wish you good health.
