How Long Does Visanne Dienogest Stay In The System?

Hi my doctor gave mE vissane dienogest for my adenomyosis but through my research I ve found out it could stop my period and inhibited my ovulation , so I told her about this and we are planning to concieve on October , then she said I will stop taking the vissane starting today , my question is how long my period will be back? I took vissane almost 2 weeks (12 tablet ) is it affecting my next period already ?
