How Long Does A Clogged Ear Take To Unclog?

I poked my ear with a qtip. Some bleeding..saw ENT who said eardrum was not punctured.Main problem now ..2 weeks later is a very very clogged feeling in my ear. Dr said no wax but will take time. I am worried. Is this normal.. and if so how long will it take to unclog. I am a female age 60. Thank you.
