How Long Does A Non Displaced Fibular Head Fracture Take To Heal?

I was diagnosed with a non-displaced fibular head fracture, bone contusion and probable peroneal neuritis. I have been told to to get my leg moving and try not to limp. I am to start PT asap. Also, I was given a brace to wear minimally to protect my knee from getting bumped (by crowds, I assume). How soon does this type of injury heal? I did this skiing 9 days ago. also, is immobilization a bad thing?

it should be put under cast for 4weeks.since it is not displaced then simple immobilization will be sufficient. avoid weight bearing work over that ankle.
