Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It will take 2-3 weeks to recover completely in septoplasty patients.

But same time keep an eye on complications like bleeding, hematoma formation, secondary infection etc.

Get regular examination for the problem. Continue antibiotics and pain killer medication.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
