How Long Does Abortion Process Take?

Hi there i dont really know if this is the right place to ask but a girl i slept with has told me she had an abortion she told me she found out on saturday and had it aborted on the sunday, i generally think she could be lieing because surely it would take longer than this to go through the abortion process ?

Most of normally medical abortion process should start with in 30-45 minutes after using lat misoprostol pill. Bleeding just more than period with tissue and blood clots pass. It is gradually decreased in quantity and severity in 4-6 days. Normal abortion process will complete in 4-5 days and maximum in 7 days. Its depend on the nature and gestational age of pregnancy.
In surgical abortion chance of bleeding is very less, but still some blood will pass up to 3-4 days and uterus com back in normal position with in 5-7 days.
