How Long Does Alcohol Remain In The System For A ETG Test?

I had one mix shot one night and I was called in the next day for a random drug and etg test for my company will I fail?? I had plenty of water after the shot and urinated frequently. I also drank about 40 ounces of water before the test. I a female I weigh 140 and I m 5 5

It takes 48-24hours for alcohol to get out of the system. Your results will come according to this time frame. Hope you get better results but it doesn't seem to be if we see the timings of the two events. Water has its own process of excretion through the kidneys. Alcohol goes to the liver, metabolozed to Formaldehyde ( a metabolite of alcohol) and is degraded through this process in liver.
