How Long Does Bleeding Due To Norethisterone Take To Stop?

Hi I started taking northisterone today because I ve been bleeding really heavy for the past 7 weeks with no sign of slowing or stopping, can you tell me how long it will take for my bleeding to stop please as I go on holiday soon and want it to stop by then. Thanks

Hello madam,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
It would be really helpful if i knew the dose and dosage of norethesterone prescribed to you.
But Norethisterone usually controls abnormal uterine bleeding within 1 to 4 days. You may also experience a mild withdrawal bleeding once you complete the course.
So dont worry.
