How Long Does Body Take To Adjust To Increased Dose Of Glipizide?

How long does it take the body to adjust to an increase in glipizide? I have gone from taking 20 mil a day to 30 mil a day and I do feel tiredness a tightness in my upper stomach( assume that's the pancreas). It's tolerable and just wonder if it will pass. Increase in dose was just started 3 days ago.
